BD96806Qxx-C是一款車用等級可配置的電源管理IC (PMIC),支援應用處理器、SoC和FPGA的功能安全功能。它透過內部MOSFET提供高達10A的輸出電流,或使用外部驅動MOSFET提供40A的輸出電流,以達到可擴展的輸出電流和電源軌道。
