BD9S111NUX-C系列是內建低導通電阻的功率MOSFET的同步整流降壓型DC/DC轉換器。最大可輸出1A的電流。具有2.2MHz高速開關頻率,適用於小型電感。具有基於電流模式控制的高速瞬態回應性能。內建輸出電壓設定為1.2V(BD9S110NUX-C) / 1.8V(BD9S111NUX-C)的回饋電阻和相位補償電路,可以較少的外接元件構建應用。
