因應全球暖化，電動車(xEV)正在積極發展中。
利用電池的直流電壓生成AC電壓用以驅動馬達的逆變器單元需要透過高效化、高頻驅動化、高電壓化，實現逆變器單元的小型化，延長車輛行駛距離。

ROHM Solution Simulator
「ROHM Solution Simulator」是一款能在ROHM官網上運行的電子電路模擬工具。從零件選擇和元件單體驗證等研發初期階段到系統級的驗證階段，各項模擬工作都可以在Web上執行。
ROHM提供的SiC元件等功率元件產品、驅動IC和電源IC等IC產品，都可以在接近實際環境的解決方案電路中輕易地進行驗證，大幅縮短研發週期。
*需要註冊MyROHM方可使用。
參考設計
羅姆透過IC產品、離散式式產品的組合，針對困擾眾多客戶的問題提供解決方案電路板。將系統級的評估結果、設計參數作為參考設計方案提供給客戶，希望藉此減少研發工時。
