3-Phase Gate Driver Board for a 100 kW Class Main Inverter (Traction Inverter) using TRCDRIVE pack™
GD6112TRC3P-EVK-003 is a reference design for a 3-phase gate driver board (GD Board), designed using the BST350T12P4PSAMPLE-EVK-002, TRCDRIVE pack™. It was designed to be capable of driving motors of 100 kW or more. It has also been proven to successfully drive a 100 kW motor in actual use.
