背景

近年來,為了實現社會的永續發展,混合動力汽車和純電動車(統稱xEV)加速普及。xEV將電力作為主要動力來源,並配備了各類型電動車特有的應用,比如用於驅動馬達的主驅逆變器、用於空調的電動壓縮機、用於提升車內溫度的PTC加熱器等。由於上述應用都是透過高電壓進行驅動的,因此為了確保安全,需要將電池所在的一次側電路,和馬達等所在的二次側電路進行隔離(絕緣)。另一方面,傳統的隔離電路結構尚存在一些問題,比如開關頻率會因安裝面積、功耗大小和輸出電流等發生變化,而針對不同開關頻率採取抗雜訊對策,也需要花費很多設計工時。

概要

透過ROHM擅長的類比設計技術,在檢測二次側電壓和電流方面,「BD7Fx05EFJ-C」無需傳統產品所需的光電耦合器或變壓器輔助線圈以及週邊零件。因此可以在改善光電耦合器相關課題,如檢測精度受功耗大小和溫度的影響,或是年久老化等,同時減少元件數量來實現產品小型化。因此,與市場上的返馳式隔離電源電路相比,可以削減光電耦合器和用於檢測電流的週邊元件等10個零件,在電路板面積上,將能夠削減約30%的面積。此外由於產品配備了自身調整導通時間控制功能,可以固定開關導通時間,所以無論是在哪種輸出功率狀態下,開關頻率都能穩定在350kHz左右。通常,在對應汽車電子電磁相容EMC標準CISPR25時,往往需要針對150kHz~300kHz頻段採取抗雜訊對策,「BD7Fx05EFJ-C」因為沒有涉及到該頻段範圍,所以可簡化應用產品的抗雜訊對策。上述優勢加上有助降低輻射雜訊的展頻功能,將可進一步減少抗雜訊設計工時。
