4.5-28V 3A 1ch Synchronous Buck converter with Built-in Linear Regulator

BD95513MUV是一款以大電流(3A)達到涵蓋廣泛的輸入電壓範圍(4.5 to 28V)以及低輸出電壓(0.7V to 5.0V)之切換式穩壓器。內建切換式電晶體N-MOSFET,不但體積更小,並能同時實現高效率的同步整流目標。採用ROHM獨創的控制模式H3Reg™,有效達成業界最快速的瞬時反應(Transient response)特性。此外,所採用的SLLM™ (Simple Light Load Mode)不但能夠改善低負載時的效率,還能夠在各種負載範圍達到高效率。配備緩啟動功能、頻率可調功能、附計時器栓鎖輸出之短路保護電路功能、輸出電壓保護功能、REF同步功能等,最適合作為PC的切換式電源使用。
