BD95601MUV-LB為在廣泛輸入電壓範圍(4.5~25V)到低輸出電壓(0.75V~2.0V)皆可以大電流輸出的開關穩壓器控制器。外接的開關電晶體中使用了N-MOSFET,可做出高效率同步整流開關穩壓器。
採用進化版ROHM獨家固定導通時間H3Reg™控制模式,達成高速暫態響應特性。 此外,為改善輕負載效率,採用SLLM™(Simple Light Load Mode),在廣範圍的負載電流上可展現高效率。本產品具備緩啟動功能、定時閂鎖電路短路保護功能、過電壓保護功能,最適合低電壓大電流用途。
