BU□□TD2WNVX系列是超小型封裝SSON004X1010(1.0mm×1.0mm×0.6mm)中搭載的200mA輸出的高性能FULL CMOS穩壓器。電路電流35µA，消耗低且噪音特性、負載響應特性優異，適用於邏輯IC電源、RF電源、相機模組電源等各種應用。
並且，採用封裝中內建散熱片的超小型SSON004X1010，有助於裝置的省空間設計。
