500mA 3.3V輸出LDO穩壓器

BD433M5FP-C是45V耐壓、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流500mA、消耗電流38µA的低待機電流穩壓器。本IC最適合用來降低蓄電池直連繫統的消耗電流。輸出相位補償電容可使用陶瓷電容。本IC內建防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過電流保護、以及防止因過負載狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的溫度保護電路。
