    • The range of uses for LiDAR sensors is expanding to include not only autonomous driving, but also applications in the industrial and infrastructure fields. LiDAR sensors are required to have longer sensing distance and higher resolution, and in addition to improving the characteristics of the laser diode, it is necessary to drive the laser diode at higher speeds and power. ROHM offers a lineup of 905nm high power narrow emission width laser diodes. (RLD90QZWx Series) Reference designs are available that includes EcoGAN™, a next-generation device capable of high-speed drive, along with a high-speed gate driver for GaN HEMTs that contribute to improved LiDAR sensor characteristics (distance and resolution) .

    • LogiCoA001-EVK-001 is a reference design for a BUCK converter that uses ROHM's analog-digital fusion control technology LogiCoA™, which includes a microcontroller ML62Q2035 suitable for LogiCoA™, a 100V gate driver BD2320EFJ-LA, LDO BD950N1WG-C, BD900N1WG-C, operational amplifier BU7481SG, and shunt resistor LTR100LJZPFSR020. Design data, sample software, and an operating system for power supply control are available for this reference design, as well as a reference board. We hope that you will have a chance to experience the analog-digital fusion control LogiCoA™ and make use of it in your future power supply device development.

      Reference Program

      We offer a reference program comprising an OS for power control and firmware for BUCK converter control. Additionally, we provide a communication GUI that allows communication from a Windows PC. Please utilize these as design references.
