ROHM可靈活設置延遲時間的窗口電壓檢測器IC系列是採用CMOS工藝的、內置高精度且低耗電量的延遲電路的CMOS復位IC系列產品，延遲時間可通過外置電容器進行設置。輸出形式為Nch開漏，Dual輸出。在從-40℃到+125℃的整個工作溫度範圍內，將延遲時間精度控制在±50%以內。
