ROHM的Free Time Delay Setting CMOS Voltage Detector ICs，是一款採用CMOS製程實現高精準度、超低電流消耗的IC。可透過外接電容器設定延遲時間。產品系列包含N通道開汲極輸出（BD52xxG-1）。這些元件適用於0.9V至5.0V，以0.1V為增量的特定檢測電壓。延遲時間在-40℃至85℃的整體操作溫度範圍內具有±30%的精確度。
本產品不建議使用的車載設備。
