Description
ROHM的延遲時間設定可調型CMOS 電壓檢測器IC，是利用CMOS製程實現高精度及超低電流消耗的產品。延遲時間可由外接電容來控制。產品系列包括Nch開汲極輸出(BD52xxG-1)。檢測電壓範圍為0.9V至5.0V，以0.1V為單位，可根據需求選擇。延遲時間在-40℃至85℃的整體工作溫度範圍內具有±30%的精度。
