Description
ROHM的Free Time Delay Setting CMOS電壓檢測器IC，是採用CMOS製程的高度精準且超低消耗電流產品。可透過外接電容控制延遲時間設定。產品陣容包含Nch開汲極輸出（BD52xxG-1）。這些元件適用於0.9V至5.0V，0.1V為增量單位的特定檢測電壓。在-40℃至85℃的整體工作溫度範圍內，時間延遲精度為±30%。
