BD95602MUV-LB為在廣泛輸入電壓範圍(5.5~28V)到低輸出電壓(1.0V~5.5V)皆可以大電流輸出的2ch開關穩壓器控制器。外接的開關電晶體中使用了N-MOSFET,可做出高效率同步整流開關穩壓器。採用進化版ROHM獨家固定導通時間H3Reg™控制模式,暫態響應特性為業界最快Level。此外,為改善輕負載效率,採用SLLM™(Simple Light Load Mode),在廣範圍的負載電流上可展現高效率。本產品具備2ch LDO(5V/3.3V (total 50mA))、緩啟動功能、頻率可變功能、定時閂鎖電路短路保護功能、過電壓保護功能、功率power good功能,最適合大電流用途。
