4.5-28V 4A 1ch Synchronous Buck converter with Built-in Linear Regulator

BD95514MUV為實現大電流(最大4A)從寬輸入電壓範圍(4.5~28V)到低輸出電壓(0.7V~5.0V)的切換式穩壓器。內建有N-MOSFET切換電晶體,可達到省空間的高效率同步整流切換式穩壓器。透過採用ROHM獨創的H3Reg™控制模式,能夠實現業界最快的過渡響應特性。另外,爲了改善輕負載時的效率採用SLLM™(Simple Light Load Mode),對於寬範圍負載均可實現高效率。具有緩起動功能、頻率可變功能、附計時器閂鎖的輸出短路保護電路功能、輸出電壓保護功能、REF同步功能,最適合於PC用的切換式電源使用。
