BD9C401EFJ是在1個晶片中內建低導通電阻的功率MOSFET的同步整流降壓DC/DC轉換器。
輸入電壓範圍廣，最大可輸出4A的電流。可由較少的外接部件構成，從而降低成本。是電流模式控制DC/DC轉換器，具有高速暫態響應性能，可輕鬆設定相位補償。

This evaluation board has been developed for ROHM’s synchronous buck DC/DC converter customers evaluating BD9C401EFJ. While accepting a power supply of 4.72-18V, an output of 3.3V can be produced. The IC has internal 65mΩ high-side P-channel MOSFET and 35mΩ low-side N-channel MOSFET and a synchronization frequency is of 500kHz.
