Description
BD99011EFV-M是內建5V輸出的功率MOSFET的低待機電流降壓DC/DC轉換器。除了在重負載時保持調整的輸出電壓並實現高效率外，通過SLLM™(Simple Light Load Mode)，在輕負載時也可實現低耗電流和高效率。本IC符合車用規格，可對應42V的絕對最大額定值。為了保持冷啟動時的輸出，最小工作電壓為3.6V。此外，通過電流模式控制，可實現快速暫態響應和輕鬆的相位補償。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
BD99011EFV-M可通過HTSSOP-B24封裝和幾個外接元件，實現緊湊的PCB設計。
