NXP i.MX 8M Nano Family用電源管理IC

BD71850MWV是運用羅姆長年累積的處理器用電源技術,匯集i.MX 8M Nano Family處理器所需的電源和功能的PMIC。內建了適用於i.MX 8M Nano Family的電源ON/OFF時序器,不僅實現小型化,還容易進行應用設計,有助大幅削減開發週期。

匯集了控制邏輯、降壓DC/DC轉換器(Buck Converter)6ch、LDO6ch,只需1顆晶片,即可向處理器,以及應用所需的DDR記憶體供電。而且還內建SDXC卡用1.8V/3.3V開關、32.768kHz晶體振盪器的緩存、各種保護功能(各電源系統的輸出短路、輸出過電壓、輸出過電流和熱關斷)。配備最高功率轉換效率為95%的降壓DC/DC轉換器,可在1 CELL 鋰離子電池到USB的大輸入電壓範圍(2.7V~5.5V)內工作,是適合i.MX 8M Nano Famil適用領域的PMIC。
