1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators

ROHM的攜帶式裝置專用低壓差穩壓器採用獨創的CMOS製程,能達到低耗電與高精度的目標。針對超高密度貼裝用晶片尺寸封裝的CMOS LDO穩壓器系列可實現150mA的輸出與±1%的高精度、高穩定輸出電壓。本產品採用ROHM獨創的技術,在全新的超小型封裝VCSP60N1(1.0mm×1.04mm)上搭載僅為2mV的負載調節(Load Regulation)以及100mV的輸出入電壓差。讓保護電路更為完備,對於提升裝置的安全性有所貢獻。
