車電用 帶看門狗計時器復位 200mA LDO穩壓器

BD820F50EFJ-C是45V高耐壓穩壓器,內建監視其輸出的重置電路(RESET)及看門狗計時器(WDT)。輸出電流能力為200mA,但待機電流很小,適合用來降低系統的消耗電流。穩壓器輸出低於4.2V(Typ)時輸出重置信號。重置延遲時間、看門狗計時器監視時間可通過外置電容器進行調整。
