BD18353EFV-M/MUF-M是1ch LED控制器。內建高側電流檢測放大器。透過內建PWM生成電路,可以自由設定PWM調光Duty。透過驅動外接P-ch MOSFET實現了PWM調光。將LED的異常狀態輸出到FAULT_B端子。內建雙系統類比調光。內建用於類比調光及PWM調光設定的高精度3.0V輸出電源。
