BD18395EFV-M是可用於矩陣LED控制(時序控制)的降壓LED驅動器。輸入電壓範圍可達4.5V至70V，具備低功耗關斷功能，可提供最大2.0A的平均輸出電流。LED電流可使用外接電流設定電阻來設定，透過峰值電流檢測OFFTIME控制進行動作。內建UVLO、過電流保護、LED開路檢測、熱關斷功能、LED低電壓檢測、狀態良好輸出功能。適合進行矩陣控制的LED驅動器。
