BV1HJ180EFJ-C是一款車載單通道高邊開關。內置輸出異常模式接地故障檢測功能（過電流限制功能）、電源故障檢測功能、負載開路檢測功能和、過熱保護功能、低電壓時輸出OFF功能，還具有檢測到異常時的診斷信息輸出功能。另外，還支持冷啟動，在電源電壓大幅下降的情況下也可工作。
