高效率、低待機功耗 2ch 二次側同步整流控制IC

BD85506F是具備各種二次側異常檢測功能的LLC用2ch二次側同步整流控制器。本IC內建檢測BODYDIODE整流動作等FET異常的功能。還內建高精度過電壓檢測電路,有助於提高安全性並減少外接元件。在效率方面,可透過電阻調整同步整流FET的OFF閾值電壓。而且,透過設置各FET的SOURCE監視端子,可監視各DRAIN-SOURCE間電壓,能進一步改善效率。一次側控制器在輕載時的啟動脈衝串會使同步整流動作自動處於待機狀態,抑制開關功率及IC自身的電路電流,減少待機功耗。而且,內建的多功能比較器除用作異常檢測比較器外,還可用作低功耗分流穩壓器。工作電源電壓範圍廣,為5.0V~32V,適用於各種輸出電壓產品陣容。採用高耐壓120V(Max)處理器,可直接監視漏極電壓。
