準諧振控制器型DC/DC轉換器IC BM1Q021FJ為所有存在插座的產品提供最佳的系統。為準諧振動作,實現了軟開關,有助於實現低EMI。外接開關MOSFET及電流檢測電阻,可實現自由度高的電源設計。本IC內建啟動電路,有助於實現低待機功耗和高速啟動。輕載時內建脈衝串功能且IC消耗電流低,因此待機功耗會變小。本IC內建軟啟動功能、脈衝串功能、逐週期過電流限制、過電壓保護、過負擔保護、CS開路時保護等各種保護功能,安全性優異。
