AC/DC用PWM控制器型DC/DC轉換器BM1P067FJ為所有存在介面的產品提供最佳的系統。內建650V耐壓啟動電路,有助於實現低功耗。絕緣、非絕緣均可對應,可輕鬆設計各種形式的低功耗轉換器。外接開關用MOSFET及電流檢測電阻,可實現高自由度的電源設計。開關頻率採用固定方式。使用電流模式控制,進行逐週期電流限制,發揮內建寬和暫態響應的優異性能。輕負載時降低頻率,實現高效率。內建跳頻功能,有助於實現低EMI。內建了緩啟動功能、脈衝串功能、逐週期過電流限制、VCC過電壓保護、過負載保護等各種保護功能。
