AC/DC用PWM控制器型DC/DC轉換器BD7673AG為所有存在介面的產品提供最佳的系統。絕緣、非絕緣均可對應，可輕鬆設計各種形式的低功耗轉換器。外接開關用MOSFET及電流檢測電阻，可實現自由度高的電源設計。通過峰值電流控制，可進行逐週期電流限制，發揮內建寬和暫態響應的優異性能。BD7673AG內建了緩啟動功能、脈衝串功能、逐週期過電流限制、VCC過電壓保護、過負載保護等各種保護功能。備有外部鎖存端子（COMP端子），可通過外部訊號停止鎖存（OFF）。此功能可用於溫度保護及輸出過電壓保護等。開關頻率固定為65kHz。內建跳頻功能，有助於實現低EMI。
