作為功率因數校正轉換器(Power Factor Correction: PFC)+準諧振(Quasi-Resonant: QR)DC/DC轉換器的多轉換器IC,BM1C101F為帶插座的產品提供最佳的系統。本產品內建650V耐壓啟動電路/X-Cap放電功能,有助於實現低待機功耗。PFC部採用電壓控制方式的臨界模式(BCM),可透過Zero Current Detection(ZCD)降低開關損耗和雜訊。透過電阻進行零電流檢測,因此無需ZCD用輔助繞組,可減少偏置部電路的零件數量,降低損耗。DC/DC部採用準諧振方式。此方式實現了軟開關,有助於實現低EMI。外接開關MOSFET及電流檢測電阻,可實現自由度高的電源設計。輕載時透過啟動脈衝串功能提高效率。內建雙系統PFC輸出過電壓保護功能。內建任意負載的PFC ON/OFF功能,可降低待機功耗。內建豐富的保護功能(VCC過電壓保護、外部鎖存保護、掉電保護、軟啟動功能、逐週期過電流限制、過負擔保護等)。
