BD63520AEFV是適用於1/16µ-step的步進馬達驅動器。作為基本功能，是低功耗雙極PWM恒流驅動器，額定電源為36V、額定輸出電流(DC)為2.0A，介面為CLK-IN驅動型。透過內建DAC，勵磁模式適用於Full step (2相勵磁)、Half step (1-2相勵磁)、Quarter step (W1-2 相勵磁)、Sixteenth step (4W1-2相勵磁）模式，對於電流衰減方式，可自由設定FAST DECAY/SLOW DECAY的比率，可對所有馬達實現最佳控制狀態。另外，也可使用一個系統電源進行驅動，因此有助於提高應用設計的便利性。
