BD65491FV為內建1ch FULL ON驅動H橋的馬達驅動器, BD65492MUV為內建2ch FULL ON驅動H橋的馬達驅動器。可從1.8V作動的寬範圍驅動+高速切換,以達到低耗電。採用小型面貼封裝,可應用在行動裝置和家電產品等各種裝置上。
