BD62220AEFV是能驅動2個DC有刷馬達或1個雙極型步進馬達驅動器的含2個電路的H橋馬達驅動器。透過直接PWM驅動或恒流PWM控制可實現高效率驅動。內建各種保護電路，可輸出通知各種保護電路動作的支援Wired-Or的異常檢出信號，有利於實現元件的高可靠性。
