BD60203EFV是能驅動2個DC有刷馬達的含2個電路的H橋馬達驅動器。透過恒流PWM控制可實現高效率驅動。內建各種保護電路。還內建鎖定檢測用電路，可輸出通知馬達鎖定狀態的支援Wired-Or的異常檢測訊號，有利於實現元件的高信賴性。
