內建車電用SPI 8CH Half Bridge Driver

BD16938AEFV-C是面向車電應用設計的8ch半橋驅動器。可直接驅動小型DC有刷馬達,能夠以High輸出、Low輸出、Hi-Z輸出等3種模式獨立控制各輸出。透過16bit 序列介面(SPI)可從外部MCU進行控制。實現了高耐壓(最大額定40V)、低導通電阻、小型封裝,有助實現整機高可靠性、低功耗、低成本。
