BD63035EFV-M是額定電源電壓36V､額定輸出電流1.5A（峰值2A）的正弦波驅動三相無刷馬達驅動器。透過霍爾式感測器信號生成驅動信號，透過輸入的控制信號可實現PWM驅動。還可透過電源電壓控制速度。內建了各種控制、保護電路，可適用於各種應用中。透過採用小型封裝，可搭載至小型馬達。
