ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800群組是高效能CMOS 16位微控制器，搭載16位元CPU nX-U16/100，整合程式記憶體(快閃記憶體)、資料記憶體(RAM)、資料快閃記憶體以及豐富的周邊功能，如乘法器/除法器、CRC運算器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、簡易型RTC、計時器、UART、同步序列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓位準監控器(VLS)、逐次逼近型A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等等。
CPU nX-U16/100透過管線架構平行處理，能夠以1指令1時脈模式有效率地執行指令。
內建的晶片上除錯功能可進行軟體的除錯與程式燒錄。此外，ISP (系統內程式燒錄)
功能支援生產線上的快閃記憶體程式燒錄。
ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800群組有五種封裝(48pin - 100pin)和十種記憶體尺寸(32Kbyte - 512Kbyte)。
