ML62Q1300系列是一款高性能CMOS 16位微控制器，搭載16位CPU nX-U16/100，並整合了程式記憶體(快閃記憶體)、資料記憶體(RAM)、資料快閃記憶體以及豐富的周邊功能，如乘法器/除法器、CRC運算器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、計時器、UART、同步序列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓位準監控器(VLS)、逐次逼近型A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等。
CPU nX-U16/100透過管線架構平行處理，能夠以1指令1時脈模式高效執行指令。
內建的晶片內建除錯功能支援軟體除錯和程式設計。此外，ISP(在線程式設計)功能支援生產線上的快閃程式設計。
ML62Q1300系列有五種封裝(16引腳 - 32引腳)和五種記憶體大小(16K位元組 - 64K位元組)。
