For human speech, create a sound source (wav file) by studio recording or TTS (Text to Speech software). For sound effects, create a sound source (wav file) with a production tool or the like. From the wav file, use the development tool (Speech LSI Utility) to create sound ROM data to be written to the speech LSI.
In addition, studio recording requires actual costs such as studio usage fees and narrator fees. You can estimate the cost by giving us a phrase list (a list of words you want to speak). When creating with TTS, the customer purchases the software and creates sound data (wav file).
