BU97601FV-M是1/4、1/3、1/2占空比、支援Static驅動的車電用通用LCD驅動器,最多可顯示116段LCD。
本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動,也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。
最多可控制16個通用輸出和6個PWM輸出,透過豐富的頻率設定功能,無需頻閃即可實現LED背光和LED按鈕的照明。
還內建最多20鍵的鍵盤掃描功能,可實現PCB上的配線削減和MCU的尺寸縮減和成本削減。
內建有EVR功能,可進行LCD對比度的調節,還支持TTL電平輸入,因此能直接連接各種電源電壓的MCU。
