BU97540KV-M是1/5、1/4、1/3佔空比、Static車用通用LCD驅動器,最多可顯示335段LCD。
本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動,也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。最多可控制9個通用/PWM輸出,通過豐富的頻率設定功能,無需頻閃即可實現LED背光和LED按鈕的照明。還內建最多30鍵的鍵盤掃描功能,可實現PCB上的配線削減和MCU的尺寸縮減和成本削減。內建有EVR功能,可進行LCD對比度的調節,還支援TTL電平輸入,因此能直接連接各種電源電壓的MCU。利用主/從功能,可由2個晶片構成進行使用,最多可顯示680段LCD。
