BU97540KV-M是1/5、1/4、1/3佔空比、Static車用通用LCD驅動器，最多可顯示335段LCD。
本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動，也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。最多可控制9個通用／PWM輸出，通過豐富的頻率設定功能，無需頻閃即可實現LED背光和LED按鈕的照明。還內建最多30鍵的鍵盤掃描功能，可實現PCB上的配線削減和MCU的尺寸縮減和成本削減。內建有EVR功能，可進行LCD對比度的調節，還支援TTL電平輸入，因此能直接連接各種電源電壓的MCU。利用主/從功能，可由2個晶片構成進行使用，最多可顯示680段LCD。
