低Duty LCD區段驅動器

BU97530KVT是1/5、1/4、1/3佔空比的Static通用LCD驅動器,最多可顯示445段的LCD,適用於消費電子和電池驅動裝置的LCD顯示。
最多可控制9個通用/PWM輸出,通過豐富的頻率設定功能,無需頻閃即可實現LED背光和LED按鈕的照明。還內建最多30鍵的鍵盤掃描功能,可實現PCB上的配線削減和MCU的尺寸縮減和成本削減。內建有EVR功能,可進行LCD對比度的調節,還支援TTL電平輸入,因此能直接連接各種電源電壓的MCU。
