7.5-15V 2ch Synchronous Buck converter(controller) with Built-in Linear Regulator

BD9536FV為實現大電流輸出從寬輸入電壓範圍(7.5~15V)到低輸出電壓(0.7V~5.5V)的2ch切換式穩壓器控制器。透過使用外接N-MOSFET切換電晶體能夠達到高效率同步整流切換式穩壓器。透過採用ROHM獨創的H3Reg™控制模式,能夠實現業界最快的過渡響應特性。具有緩起動功能、頻率可變功能、計時器閂鎖的短路輸出過電壓保護電路功能,最適合於DRAM和圖形晶片用的電源使用。
