Description

BD9G341AEFJ是內建對應76V高輸入電壓的功率MOSFET的降壓1ch開關穩壓器。內建80V耐壓3.5A額定、導通電阻150mΩ的功率MOSFET。還通過電流模式控制方式,實現了高速暫態響應和簡便的相位補償設定。頻率在50kHz ~ 750kHz的範圍內可變,內建低電壓誤動作防止電路、過電流保護電路等保護功能。此外,可通過高精度的EN引腳閾值進行低電壓鎖定,及使用外接電阻設定遲滯。

    • This EVK is using not BD9G341AEFJ-LB, but BD9G341AEFJ. This evaluation board has been developed for ROHM’s non-synchronous buck DC/DC converter customers evaluating BD9G341AEFJ. While the BD9G341AEFJ accepts a power supply input range of 12V to 76V, and generates output voltages from 1V to Vcc, this evaluation board is setup for the same input voltage range and a fixed output of 5V can be produced.
