BD39012EFV-C是內建1chDC/DC轉換器、1ch LDO、重置電路、看門狗計時器的系統電源。可通過蓄電池直接向模組提供電源。LDO內建重置電路，可常時監視是否向模組穩定提供電源。為檢測微控制器的異常，配備了視窗式看門狗計時器功能。BD39012EFV-C採用HTSSOP-B24封裝，可實現更好的散熱性和緊湊的PCB設計。
