BUxxTD2WNVX系列為搭配超小型封裝SSON004X1010 (1.0mm×1.0mm×0.6mm) 且輸出200mA 的高性能FULL CMOS穩壓器。電路電流35µA 低功耗抗雜訊特性、負載響應特性優異、最適合邏輯IC用電源、RF用電源、相機模組用電源等用途使用。
此外、封裝採用內建散熱板的超小型SSON004X1010、協助整機的精簡空間。
