ROHM的攜帶式裝置專用的低壓差穩壓器採用獨創的CMOS製程,能達到低耗電與高精度的目標。針對高頻電路用的高漣波抑制型CMOS LDO穩壓器系列可實現80dB(Typ., 1kHz)的高漣波抑制性並達到150mA輸出的高性能CMOS穩壓器,能夠有效提昇電源調整率(Line Regulation)、負載調整率(Load Regulation)與干擾特性,最適合使用於高性能的類比應用。本產品採用了內建散熱板的超小型HVSOF5封裝,對於裝置的省空間設計有所貢獻。
