BDxxGA3VEFJ-M為輸出電流0.3A的LDO穩壓器。輸出精度為輸出電壓的±1%。透過外部電阻，可隨機設定輸出電壓(1.5V至13.0V)。採用HTSOP-J8封裝類型。內建過電流保護(OCP，保護IC免受輸出短路損壞)、電路電流ON/OFF開關(在關閉模式下將電路設定為0µA)，以及過熱關斷電路(TSD，保護IC免受過載過熱損壞)。可用於陶瓷電容器，並可改善小型化和延長壽命。
