BD750U2EFJ-C是50V耐壓、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流200mA、靜態電流6μA(Typ)的低靜態電流穩壓器，非常適合用來降低電池直連繫統中的消耗電流。輸出的相位補償電容器可使用陶瓷電容器。
本系列產品中的BD750L2EFJ-C是為提高生產效率而變更生產線後的型號。在新項目選型時，建議選擇該型號。另外，在技術規格書中的保證特性並沒有差異。
