Description
BD733U2EFJ-C是50V耐壓、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流200mA、靜態電流6μA(Typ)的低靜態電流穩壓器，非常適合用來降低電池直連繫統中的消耗電流。輸出的相位補償電容器可使用陶瓷電容器。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
