BD18337EFV-M是4通道線性LED驅動器,可通過1個引腳控制多個輸出的熱分散。不僅可顯著減少部件數量和安裝面積,還非常有助於平台化擴展機型的汽車LED燈驅動模組電路板的通用化設計。可用於車後燈(刹車燈、尾燈)、霧燈、轉向燈、牌照燈、日間行車燈(Daylight Running Lamps)等汽車和機車領域的眾多LED燈驅動。
產品內置LED開路檢測功能、OUTx(x=1~4)引腳輸出接地故障保護功能、過電壓靜音功能及熱關斷功能,可實現高可靠性。連接於輸出引腳的LED如果是2段的,請使用BD18347EFV-M;如果是3段的,請使用本BD18337EFV-M。
